So I finally gave in and started taking Buckleys caps for cold and flu, to calm down some aweful coughing fits. I took 2 and I guess they interact with Wellbutrin because I’ve been feeling quite high and spacey for hours. I tried napping it off.. feel a bit more normal now so I’m eating something to see if that helps it farther.
Might go to the gym in a bit, weights today I think. xxo
Keeping fighting the good fight girls, it’s just days til June <3
Today I ravaged the mall for bright colored shorts and cute tops and bikinis and beach dresses and flippy-flops.
Good start on summer outfits yih! *^_^*
Just got back from the gym.. the blissfully empty quiet gym and I feel so refreshed. Add in 3 hours of hiking around Canada’s 2nd (3rd?) biggest mall and that’s a damn good workout for one day.
I’m beat. dinner then chillin. Not even sure I want to go out tonight. xxo

One of my favorite go-to snacks is apples and peanut butter, or ants on a log, but a serving of peanut butter (two tablespoons) contains 180 calories. So if you’re watching your calorie intake, here’s a way to enjoy that creamy, nutty taste without all the calories. It’s made with nonfatGreek yogurt so it’s creamy, low in fat, full of protein, and I swear it tastes like peanut butter ice cream!

To find out how to make this creamy peanut butter dip read more.
- Take one 5.3-ounce container of nonfat Oikos Greek Vanilla yogurt.
- Mix in two tbsp. peanut butter (I prefer crunchy), 1/2 tbsp. honey, and 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon.
- Serve with slices of apple, banana, and pear. Store unused portion in the fridge.

Makes four, two-tbsp. servings. Each serving contains 80.5 calories, 3.75 grams of fat, .5 grams of saturated fat, .75 grams of fiber, and 5.5 grams of protein.

So I just made this dip to go with my leftover golden delicious apples. And may I say YUM! I didn’t even have the cinnamon and it was still amazing. You must try <3

going to the gym with a cold is exhausting. I was careful not to overdo it but even still - drained.
Making a big veggie plate and a protein shake and taking it easy the next lil while xo

Today I was going to chill with a friend (+gym date) but because I felt so sick last night I sent a text pretty late at night to cancel. I figured they’d get it in the morning.
Woke up today with the intention of sleeping late, with my phone ringing and my friend saying they’re halfway to my house! Didn’t get the text. I warned them I was sick but it was too late to cancel and she didnt seem to care. Jumped up got ready.. drove back dt to the gym and realized I didn’t feel that bad. and was super glad she didn’t get my text!
After the gym we went swimming, hottub and steamroom. Then protein shakes. Felt like a brand new b*tch after that LOL.
It’s 11pm and I still have lots of energy - pretty wound up ^_^
Everything is pretty on track right now. Diet = good (healthy diet not dieting)
Self Discipline = good. There are 2 greasy Panago pizzas on my counter and I didn’t partake in either
Fitness = good. Going to the gym pretty steadily. I’m even making a point of bringing my gear and suggesting the gym when I visit friends, so I’ve had company lately which is such a boost. I’m used to going alone or with the bf.
Personal life = pretty good too. No complaints right now. I feel balanced. I’m even going to take some yoga classes and find out what all the fuss is ^_~
p.s I have a cold and it feels like I deep-throated a cucumber. I didn’t as far as I know.. so it’s probably strep-throat. = lameballs.
