Hello I'm Kay
I'm 22, hailing from BC, Canada.
I grew up with terrible eating & exercise habits and took my naturally soft-but-thinnish body for granted. It wasn't healthy, and when I hit my 20's things started to change.
With practice and patience and the help of Fitspo blogs, I learned the steps to create a healthier, far more physically fit me.
This is my blog, to record my progression, inspire (fitspire?) myself and my followers to keep chasing our goals, and pass on the tips and tidbits I've collected to help others the way they helped me. Good Karma yes?
